Trip to see Ana

Well, we have been here since Thursday, and it is now Tuesday.
We are trying to fit into a rhythm of life.  Having Fun and fitting in all the other stuff as well!

Monday found my mother and I at Ana the seamstress.  As a woman of curves the Latin American stores and sizes don't cater to me as well as others.  So mom and I took my dresses to Ana to see if she could duplicate them so i would have a few more options. My size is getting smaller so I came with far less clothing than i needed. A perfect excuse to shop! yes!!

So Ana looked at what we brought and told us the material she would need.  Mom and I hit the fabric shop. it has 3 rows of material, stacked high!  I picked out material for 3 dresses and my mom a pair of shorts then back to Ana to drop off our finds.  Will let you know Saturday when we pick it up how happy we are... but all said and done costing about 34 dollars for material and labor.

Then we were off to find a pool.  there is a monastery with a pool so we went to go find it.  They did look at us quite funny as it is the rainy season so fall and winter in our language. but it is open for a dollar per person per session.  It was a beautiful place full of many murals of patron saints and biblical stories. It was also a very reverent place.  Our whispered voices seemed to loud.
