Last Day of School

Today was the last day of school for the kids and for Dan and I! also last day of work at the church for Dan till we get back!

So looking forward to the next few days of chillin and packing before we board the plane tuesday!  sometimes i am cool and in control, other times feelin crazy!!!

at this moment after a glass of wine to celebrate the summer, feeling relaxed! and so blessed!

8 Days till We Leave!

I can't believe we leave in 8 days! Some days we feel like this, but then we reflect of what God has done with our lives in the past 6 months! The same God who had been with us in our America Adventure will be with us in our Panama Adventure!

First Post

Okay, so not really sure how this works, but hopefully we can both figure this out. We are starting a blog to chronicle our summer adventure to Boquete Panama.
We start our adventure... who are we kidding, we are always on an adventure... So i guess the real wording would be we are starting this part of our adventure when we hop on the plane for Panama City, Panama. from there we hop on  bus for 8 hours to Boquete, Panama... where we will be staying for roughly 2 months.. trying it on and seeing if we like it.

Feel free to follow our adventure as we share thought, feelings and experiences as we encounter a different culture than our own.  We are so excited, nervous and just amazed at this opportunity!
